Set Up:

Eight players are set up around the circle. One player (Player 1) runs around the cone in the center to receive a pass from Player 2. Player 1 makes a return pass, spins back, and runs around the center cone again to receive the next pass. Player 2 passes to Player 3 as Player 1 makes his run around the center cone, looking to receive the next pass from Player 3 . During the drill, each player completes an entire turn around the clock.   

Variation:

The players on the outside can pass to ANY of the other outside players, and the player in the center has to find the ball. Players in the center should make at least eight runs before coming out.
