Set Up:

Set up 15 x 15 yard pitch with four attackers on the outside and two defenders on the inside. The attackers look to maintain possession while the defenders look to win the ball. Allow unlimited touches and progress towards a two touch limit. If a defender wins the ball, they switch places with the attacker who lost possession.
