Set Up:

On a small field with two goals, players will pass to the team opposite them and then follow it in to pressure the shooter. The shooter must control the ball and shoot in two touches. After passing and defending, that player will receive the next pass and try to finish on the opposite goal. Service can vary, as can the amount of pressure put on by the defender.
