Set Up:

The drill requires two lines of players and a GK. The attacking line starts in the center of the field, 25-30 yards from goal. The defending line starts on the end line, not too far from the post. Play begins with the attacker's first touch, and the two players go 1 v 1 from there. Upon completion (a goal is scored or the attacker loses possession), the players switch lines. Every five minutes, the defending line switches sides of the field.
