Set Up:

Three lines are set up in and around the penalty area. The passing and defending lines are on the end line on either side of the goal, and the attacking line is outside of the penalty area, facing the passing line. The passer begins the drill by playing the ball out to the attacker. The defender leaves the end line with the first touch. from there, the attacker must choose whether or not to shoot early or advance closer to goal to go 1 v 1. Upon completion, players go back to the same lines. Every three minutes, the lines rotate clockwise.
