Set Up:

Place cones around the circle just like the numbers on a clock. Two players start opposite one another and move clockwise from cone to cone as they pass back and forth, advancing one cone at a time. Encourage the players to use as few touches as possible and look to play one touch passes whenever they can. When the players get all of the way around the circle, have them change directions.
