First Touch Passing Sequence

Players Required:
4

Set Up:

Four players set up in pairs at opposite sides of the grid.  Two of the players will be idle and used as obstacles. The passer touches the ball to the side of the idle player to make a pass across to their partner.  Players receive by taking their first touch to the outside of the idle player and then pass with their second touch. Here are some progressions for how players can pass and receive the ball:

  1. Receive the ball with the inside of the right foot and pass with the inside of the right foot
  2. Receive the ball wth the outside of the right foot and pass with the inside of the right foot
  3. Receive with the inside of the left foot and pass with the inside of the right foot
  4. Receive with inside of the left foot and pass with the outside of the left foot

The pairs switch roles every 60 seconds.
