Inside and Outside Touches (One Foot)

This is a really simple dribbling drill where we just dribbling down to the cone and back.

  • Use the inside and outside of our foot.
  • Use the right foot to the far cone and our left foot coming back.
  • Get as many touches on the ball as possible.
  • Go for quantity of touches and not speed.
  • Get low and in athletic position.
