Teams play 3 v 2 to goal. When defense wins possession or attackers score, 1 attacker comes off and 1 defender come son to go 3 v 2 the other way. New player in brings ball with them. Defense must stay in pressure and cover and remain tight. Attackers must draw defense out of middle to creat opportunities.
