Set Up:

Individual player dribbles through the T-shaped course. 

Description:

From the first cone, the player dribbles up to the center cone and turns right. After going around the far cone, he dribbles all the way around the cone on the far left and then back to the center. From the center, he goes back to the start and dribbles around the first cone. Finally, he dribbles back out to the center and steps on the ball.

• Sharp changes of speed and direction
• Using both feet
