10 x 10yd grid divided into 5x5 sections

4 teams of 3 with bibs.   Start with a 3 v 0 rondo in each quarter section.   Call a color bib the three of that color play rondo against the other three teams.  Once a lone defender clears the ball he may join to help team mates in the other grids.
