Full GK Gameday Warmup

Pt 1. (box 1; 4x4 yard box). gk shuffles to right side of box, then back to the middle. Then back peddals to back side of box then quick feet to middle, same with the left and top side. Start with volleys, then go into low scoops (right knee to left heel, visa versa, just picking up the ball getting warm), then into front smothers and diving progression of low and elevated dives when the goalkeeper returns middle of the box (2-3x each!!)
Example, when the gk shuffles to left side of the box then back middle you can do a low dive to the left side for a cutback situation, or have them dive to their right side for a more natural shift into a dive movement. When doing a diving progression, keep the front and back side of the box as a volley or front smother for ease of the drill.
When doing the diving progression keep everything in holding range, not too far away from gk. Toss the ball in hip height for elevated diving.
PT 2.
place two cones about 2-3 steps inward from the goalpost and 3-4 yards above the goal line. First gk will set up next to the goal post, coach says go, gk small shuffles toward cone for a low dive ball played in at game pace (3-4 reps). Then gk starts at the top cone facing straight, coach says go and gk drops foot and turns their hips for a low diving ball back to the post (3-4 reps). Do one side with low balls then opposite side low balls and then progress to elevated balls hit from the ground, same movement progression, post--> cone and cone --> post. try to keep the elevated service hip to shoulder height on this section.
Pt 3. Crosses
Keep it simple, play some crosses from out wide with different variations making htem make decisions. Play some on the ground, in the air, close to goal, around the pk spot. 3-5 each side.
Pt 4. Extra shots if time
take some shots from the top of the box anywhere in the grey area, try to keep some in holding range and a couple extension saves. Try to go for 4 spots, two more central at a slight angle and 2 other spots at a bigger angle
