Attacking team starts with 2 players on the goal line on either side of goal posts and one player on a cone slightly ahead Play starts with a pass to the player slightly ahead.   Passing player overlaps.   After a shot, miss, or ball stolen. player that started at the cone drops off and it is a 3 v 2 the other way Encourage combination play and quick shooting. Defending team needs a quick transition. Attacking team needs to get behind the ball quickly when its lost.
