Set Up:

Two lines of shooters start at the center cone. The teams attack one at a time during the drill. To start, the shooter dribbles away from his cone and must get beyond the last cone before shooting. A defender chases him from behind after finishing the previous shot. The shooters may not start their dribbling run until then defender has reached the first cone. After defending, the players go back to their shooting lines.
