Progression 1: left one touch shuffle right one touch ( Minute 13:47- 14:30 )
Progression 2: left one-touch shuffle right one-touch backpedal and move across body ( Minute 15:11-15:35)
Progression 3: opposite side of P2 ^
Progression 4: left one-touch shuffle right one-touch backpedal and inside-outside touch ( Minute 19:05-19:30)
Progression 5: play the ball in the air, the player receives, skill before the ladder, one-touch pass shuffle one-touch pass ( Minute 22:44-23:33)
