This drill is designed to give the winger the choice between cutting in for their shot of taking the line to finish across the goal

With both progressions, you will choose the movement done at the red cone 

The shot should happen before the gate 

Progression 1: insert movement + cut in for the shot 

Progression 2: insert movement + take the line for the shot
