For each progression, the footwork changes through the cones
The coach will call out the color as opposed to an iPad

Progression 1: Two-touch bounce passes / high knees
Progression 2: One touch bounce passes/right-foot hops
Progression 3: receive right pass left/ left foot hops
Progression 4: receive left pass right / shuffles
Progression 5: inside foot volleys/ both feet hops
