The coach's position will change based on which Progression you are on 

The box stays in the middle

The coach will act as the rebounder 

6 balls per progression 

Progression 1: receive right push out the square with the right foot and finish ( Minute 1:22-1:30)

Progression 2: receive left push out the square with the left foot and finish ( Minute 1:31-1:40)

Progression 3: receive with back to goal and turn out the square finish ( Minute 2:52-3:13)

Progression 4: Cut across finish ( Minute 6:07-6:13)

Progression 5: add in a skill *note the box set up changes* ( Minute 6:55-7:22)
