Perform each progression for 1 minute. 

P1: straight pass then diagonal pass ( Minute 0:59- 1:20)

P2: across the body and pass ( Minute 1:22- 1:54)

P3: opposite direction of P2 ^^

P4: short pass then backpedal and move across the body ( Minute 1:56- 2:30)

P5: opposite direction of P4 ^^
