  • Improving ball possession and creating pressing situations

• Drill: 8+2v4 | 4+2v4
• Duration: 4 minutes
• Rest: 1 minute
• Repetitions: 4x
•  
• How to Play:
  • Coach puts ball into play, and team 1 will play keepaway 5+1v 4 (Joker from other side can make himself available in the middle channel as an extra player. 
  • (1) point for every (5) passes and (2) points if all (5) players touch the ball and switch to other zone.

Drill: 8+2v4 | 4+2v4 Duration: 4 minutes Rest: 1 minute Repetitions: 4x Goal: 5 passes = 1 point for the team, and a chance to transition the game to the second zone
