- 1st step is dribble in and outs into a pass to next station
- 2nd step is pass to station 3 and run the ladder
- 3rd step is dribble toward hurdles and cross ball to next station then complete the hurdles
- 4th step is wide slaloms and a cross at the end
- 5th step is one touch finish
