Use final third of the field. Place mannequins or large cones on top of the 18-yard box.  

Set up three forwards (7, 9 and11) and two midfielders (8 and 10). Use goalkeepers. Position on the field and space between players can vary. 

The winger starts with a hard pass back to the midfielder. The midfielder combines with the 9. When the midfielder receives the ball back, the other midfielder runs deep, receives the ball dribbles into the penalty box and shoot. 

Work from both sides. 

Variation: the midfielder can als play the ball to the opposite winger who delivers the final pass to the attacking midfielder.
