Players numbered 1-5/6 of two different colors kneel on the endline, facing the field. Coach calls out 2-3 numbers and players race around the cones on their side of the field and down through the middle opening by the top of the 18. First player to secure the 50/50 establishes their team as attack. Other team transitions into defense. Attacking team attempts to score on goal, but only after at least 2 passes. Each goal is 2 points. Defense attempts to win back the ball and possess it. If they clear it up the field, to the coach, they earn 1 point.  First team to 20 wins!!
