Player sprints toward gates. Coach picks a side and steps into on of the gates, forcing player to react quickly to switch direction and sprint through gates. Players then line up on other side. Do several rounds.

Progression: Add a ball for each player and force players to make same decisions, but while dribbling. Dribble, make move to open gate, sprint through gates.
