Set up the area as seen above with 2 players from each team in the middle of the area. Players on the outside with one ball, start with the side that has 2 players.

Players pass between their groups (Blues to Blues etc) and must use the player in the middle. Receiving player stands open to be able to play first touch toward their intended target. They make a good first touch and then quality pass to target.  The attackers then follower their pass, with the player that passed in the middle goes to the middle. With the player who received in the middle and pass to the player on the outside following that pass.
