Have defenders setup on each side of the goal, balls are up at the top lines. 

1 player will step into box and receive as hard driven ball. They are allowed one touch to turn and then a second touch is their shot. As soon as the ball is passed in, the defender on the opposite side can sprint out to stop the shot. 

Rotate each side. Defenders stay, passer goes into box, shooter becomes passer
