Goal is to make quick decisions but while checking shoulder and listening to instruction

Variation 1: Blue will play a ball into red while simultaneously calling out either orange or green. Blue will quickly turn and pass accordingly  - after X amount of time, allow colors to switch back and forth freely

Variation 2: Same as above, but the player will play the opposite color that is called out - after X amount of time, allow colors to switch back and forth freely
