Groups of 8 in a grid, 2 from each team on the outside, the other two on the inside

The goal is to get the ball from one side of the grid to the other, using your outside players. Once you get a ball from one outside green player, to the other, while using your middle players, green will get a point. 

After 1-2 mins, switch players. 

Variation/Progression: After each point, the players must change direction, meaning the outside players have to move to where a black player is until everyone is on a new side. This is all occurring while the players in the middle are trying to maintain possession. A ball cannot be played to an outside player until they are on the new side.

Encourage players to find new space, move the ball quickly, 1-2 passes, and constantly be checking their shoulders
