Two teams of 3 play keep away inside the small zone.  The defending team leaves 1 player outside of the zone, creating a 3v2 for the attackers.  When the defenders win the ball, the play on the outside must sprint around the mannequin and then go to goal while receiving a pass out on the flank. The players teammates can now run to goal and finish the cross/have a chance at goal. (Can either allow red team to try to defend shot or let blue have 3v1 with keeper) When the attacking team makes 10 consecutive passes, they can now go to goal. After shooting, the team switches to attack inside the zone Progression: Can expand to 6v4 keep away with 2 players running down the flanks
