Three Players (presumably a center mid and two backs) sprint out to first cone, forming a triangle with center mid up top. They then move (between jog and sprint) to next cone in triangle formation, maintaining shape. Then last cone in same shape and then back into line. Focus on keeping same distances in triangle as they move.
