  2. Little bit longer  passes
  3. Passing w/ intermittent sprints - short passes, sprint around cone on whistle
  4. Leg overs w/ intermittent sprints - one partner holds ball, other does leg overs
  5. Hamstring front kicks w/ intermittent sprints - partner holds ball, other kicks in front to ball
  6. Squat holds to jump 
  7. One legged squat holds to jump
  8. Rapid volley - check in and touch ball back pedal, partner throws ball for volley back + add intermittent sprinting
  9. Close the gate with shuffle to change sides each time on whistle blows
  10. High kicks on whistle blows with shuffle to change
  11. Catch before it hits the ground
