Having something to focus on other than running seems to make conditioning less painful. This is a soccer conditioning drill that gets increasingly tough because as the players get tired the passes become longer and longer which forces the player to focus even more when they are tired. Only two players and one ball are needed for this drill. The animation shows how the soccer drill is run and it should be modified to suite the players age and fitness level.
