For this soccer drill the team will work on dribbling and conditioning. Set up a large square and have players stand at one side of the square. They will dribble to the opposite side of the square and back. The players will then dribble to the vertical side of the square and they will dribble to the opposite side and back again. This can be a good dribbling drill to help players work on ball control, keeping your eyes up, and awareness.
