Inside and Outside Touches (Both Feet)

The next progression from Inside / Outside Touches (1foot) is using both feet and alternating. Here are some key points:

  • Zig zags can be nice and wide.
  • Sequence is inside right foot,  outside left foot, inside left foot, outside right foot, repeat.
  • Good athletic positioning.
  • Focus on quantity of touches, not speed.

Be sure to watch the slow motion portion of the video to fully understand the sequence.
