Organization:

Set up a vertical line of three cones, close together. Two yards past that line, place a horizontal line of six cones, split in two by three hurdles. The hurdles face left, right, and forward. Five yards beyond that line, set up a small gate of cones.  

Description:

The player runs the vertical cone line, then hops over the hurdle to his left to run over the three cones and back. Once back in the center, he hops two hurdles and runs over the cones on the right and back. Finally, he hops two more hurdles (right and center) and sprints through the gate.
