Set Up:

Individual player runs through the horizontal cone line (3 cones) then works with a ball through the vertical cone line (5 cones).

Description:

Part One – High step back and forth over the three cones. Then take the ball up the cone line, rolling it with the sole of the foot. Finally, leave the ball, backpedal to the start line, and finish with a sprint.

Part Two – Quick feet in and out of the three cones, then take the ball up the cone line, using the side roll (foot over the top of the ball). Leave the ball, backpedal to the start line, and finish with a sprint.

Part Three – Single leg hops, back and forth over the three cones. Then slalom with the ball up the cone line, alternating the right and left foot in a series of step-ons. Leave the ball, backpedal to the start line, and finish with a sprint.
