The team lines up for the right corner kick as diagrammed above. The RM, ST and LM bunch together just between the 18 yard box and the penalty spot. When the CM (the kicker) drops her arm, each player sprints to their spot. The LM (since the kick is from the right) gets just outside the 6 yard box and just wide of the far goal post. She is to make sure nothing gets by her if it has passed her two other teammates. The striker gets just to the top of the 6 yard box in the middle of the goal and the RM gets to the near post. The CM tries to loft the ball to the top of the 6 yard box where one of the three players would be able to get a foot on it and past the opposing keeper. Corner kick left is the same play, just reversed.
