Set Up:

There are 11 players set up on a split field, with a two-sided goal placed in the center. The two teams play 5v5, and the attacking team must have all five of their players on one side of the field before shooting. The defending team must leave one player in the other half of the field, creating a 5v4 advantage for the attackers. When the defenders win the ball, they change it over to the other half and re-form the 5v4. During the game, balls put out of play are restarted by the Feeder.

Coaching Points:

1.  Attackers should expand the field all the way to the end line and use the entire space.

2.  When one area closes down, switch the ball over to the other side of the field.

3.  Be the first to anticipate the transition from attack to defense and vice versa.

Progressions:

1.  Use two small goals on the midline, no goalkeepers.
