Play with four defenders and one midfielder plus a GK versus two midfielders and three forwards. Every attack starts with the goalie who distributes to the attacking team.

The players stay connected while sliding with the ball.
1st defender pressures the ball and drops when ball gets passed to the other attacker.
2nd defender gives cover.
3rd and 4th defender take care of the balance.
Roles of individual players change when the ball is moving.
Attacking team:
Keep the field wide, value the ball.
Create flow and recognize seams for through balls.
