Two cones set up 4yrds apart. Gk will start middle of the cones hands in set position to catch a ball, and shuffle to one cone and back central for a volley (6-8reps). Then same shuffle movement, once back middle low scoop to get comfortable with dropping the hips (6-8reps total). Same movement still touching the cone and getting back middle, once middle gk will go into a front smother save (4-6 reps total).
Progress into low diving, gk will shuffle and touch the cone with their hand to stay low and dive back middle (4-6 reps each side). For elevated dives, gk will shuffle around the cone keeping footwork tight to the cone and have a ball tossed in back towards the other cone for an elevated dive (4-6 reps each side)
