Phase 1: Red will attempt to play out of pressure from gold. while trying to get ball into the (2) midfielders
Once ball gets to the midfield, red will try to get it into the #9's feet and play a running attacker towards the end line for a point.
Phase 2: If Gold intercepts, they will attempt to get the ball into the gold #9's feet who will try to play a running attacker into the end line.
**Coach will put quick ball into play to the Red team when ball goes out of play to keep them alert.
