Rapids 1: Players line up in a straight line tight at the top of the arc and make runs to the far bar, near bar, penalty hash, and both the near and far edge of the 6 yard box. The near side defender will arc a run in to play clean up or be a direct pass option while the far side defender will roam to put any balls that are short clears back into the box or on frame.

In Rapids 2 one of the taller players will front the Goalkeeper.
