Start placing players into 4 match day squads give coaches chance to work with players over the next 3/4 weeks- straight into rondo warm up try to get up intensity- 5/8 minutes
1v1 attack and defend- attack focus on fast pace beat the man first time -defender focus on body position slowing attacker down (video) 10 minutes
2v1 first attack to engage the defender before passing to second attacker (video) 10 minutes
Games by 4.30 have teams of same abilities side by side so after 15 minutes they can change positions to get 2 games
