Phase 1- GK moves right to receive pass (1) and one touches it back. GK moves centrally for volley (2).
Phase 2- GK moves right to receive pass (1) and one touches it back. GK utilizes crossover step to move centrally for volley (2).
Phase 3- GK moves to receive pass and one touches back. GK moves centrally for a one time strike (3).
