1v1 Defending

TIME: 10 Minutes

SET UP: 4x cone - 1 defender and 1 attacker - 1 football - 1m  x 1m grid

INSTRUCTIONS: 

The defender must keep the attacker from scoring in the square. the attacker only has a minute to score.
