2v2 + 1: Defending in the 18

Two attackers in the 18 plus one just outside the 18. Two defenders in the 18 plus one waiting at the mid field. Attacker outside 18 plays ball into teammates, but has to stay outside. They may play the ball back to him. Attackers try to score, defenders defend and support. When first pass is made, defender at midfield makes recovery run into 18 - once there, third attacker can enter the 18 as well. Defenders attempt to win ball back and possess across the build out line. Switch teams after each round.
