Defender passes ball to attacking player to start play. Both defenders run up, first defender to press the ball and second to provide support. When first attacker passes to second attacker, defenders switch and second defender presses the ball while first defender drops into support. Play continues until goal is scored, defense clears back up the field or ball goes out.
