Green Players In and out of cones or ladders
Green Players must call out color cones during ladders
After Ladders run around cone and Jump over hurdles and call out cones on opposite side
Red Team now passes the ball once they finish the last hurdle run around goal and defend
Coach will now Call color of goal the Green Team must score on. (Call it as late as possible)
Variation
Change color order or assign goals #s
Once players understand have the next group go once team looks like they will score.
