All 4 players go at once in all variations. Need 12+ players to do it efficiently. 3 in each line
Once you pass the ball from the Red cone. Next player takes a bigger touch with appropriate foot. Switch after a couple minutes. Take it slow until they understand then everything must be quick. Mistakes will happen make sure players are alert to throw in a new ball.
Add moves ate red cone. Scissors, Chop, Step over, any others.
You can add a give and go at the end of any of these.
Example: Blue Passes with Left Foot and player receives with left foot. Red with right foot.
