Goal keeper and defensive backs start in compact formation. Coach plays ball into red Attacking midfielders. Backs move up toward attack while blue midfielders make recovery runs to get in position. One midfielder yells "I got ball" or similar and other midfielders spread out to support cover. Backs are allowed to strafe back into compact position. Basic soccer rules apply, except for starting from coach and set positioning each time. The recovering midfielders are released as soon as the coach plays the ball in. Red team scores on the big goal with keeper. Blue team scores by winning the ball back and playing up into one of the small goals, as if playing up to a striker.

-Think about the same concept as the goal kick press and cover. Somebody should always pressure the ball and other should always cover and support, eliminating opportunities for the attacker to break the press with an easy pass. Once the ball is passed, cover midfielder presses the ball and previous pressure midfielder steps back into cover/support. Always aware of the attackers and the space and lanes they are in and moving toward.
